This Prairie Fire Classic starts with our house-made Zesty Garlic Sauce spread over a homemade crust,  layered with “Sausage Makers Delicatessen” Marinated Shredded Beef and smothered with a blend of “Bothwell” Mozza & Horseradish White-Cheddar Cheeses. We finish this off one off with Fresh Green Pepper, Onion, and “Love Day” Mushrooms, then bake it to an Ooey Gooey Cheese Steak Perfection!

The Red River Reuben

From the banks of the Red, this Prairie Fire Classic starts with a freshly made crust and our house-made "Russian-Style" Sauce. We pile on “Sausage Makers Delicatessen” Corned Beef and Wine Infused Sauerkraut. Topped off with a blend of “Bothwell” Mozza & Swiss Cheeses then drizzled with our Russian Sauce for a final garnish ... A “True North” Classic!!!
